oh, and d is also for “don’t think I didn’t notice that Ava’s awesome skirt is the same one she wore ages ago at my first photo shoot with her! Nice how skirts and dresses have a long shelf life with kids of the girl variety. Not that I would know, personally. I wash a lot of mini boy briefs and dirty blue clothes myself…but it would seem.”
It’s so funny (or horrible), that I can tell you where each piece of her outfit came from! UGH! I guess I’m not the only one who LOVES to dress up my lil’ girls!
I’m still reveling in the fun of yesterday. It was a real treat! I wanted to share the name of those alphabet potato/veggie things I started to tell you about: They are made by Ian’s and called Supertots. They have carrots, cauliflower, and peas in them. I don’t think they taste half bad. And what are the chances that Oprah’s topic yesterday was about that cookbook I was telling you about – the one where you add veggies purees to food (even brownies!). It turns out it’s Seinfeld’s wife who wrote the book. The Super Baby Food book by Ruth Yaron is the one where the Brewer’s Yeast info came out of. While I’m on the subject I’ll pass along the other two children’s health books I recommend: “Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child” and “Super Immunity”
d is for delicious!!!
seriously. all of these letters remind me of Cookie Monster’s song “C is for Cookie that is good enough for me”…. shanel
